Definitions Used in This Explorer
Legacy
Primarily PNR, ticket, EMD, booking class, filed fare, host and legacy settlement processes.
Hybrid
Some modern offer/order capability exists, but PNR, ticket, EMD, queues or settlement bridges still remain in the flow.
Offer & Order
Offers and orders are the main commercial records for the relevant flow, with order items, events and order-aware servicing.
Custom OMS
An airline-built or airline-controlled Order Management System. It may use standards, custom APIs or adapters.
Named platform examples
Names such as Amadeus Nevio, Sabre Mosaic, Navitaire and Accelya are illustrative platform labels only in this simulator.
Relationship
The commercial partnership pattern: interline, codeshare or virtual interline. This affects ownership and complexity.
